MAYSOLS PRIVACY POLICY

Maysols Ltd. (“Maysols”, “we” or “us”) is committed to protect your personal information. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and describes your rights regarding your personal data.
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit or use Maysols websites or our services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1.Information Maysols collects
1.1. Things you create or provide directly to us
When you create a Maysols Account, you provide us with personal information that includes your name and a password. You can also choose to add a phone number or payment information to your account. Even if you aren’t signed in to a Maysols Account, you might choose to provide us with information — like an email address to receive updates about our services. We also collect the content you create, upload, or receive from others when using our services.
The following are categories of information that we collect from you.
- Contact information, including your first and last name, email address, postal address, and phone number.
- Account credentials, including your username, password, and information for authentication and account access.
- Device information. Data from which your device could be identified, or about your device, such as browser type.
- Demographic information, including your age, gender, and country.
- Payment information. Data about your billing address and method of payment, such as bank details, credit, debit, or other payment card information
- Transaction information. Data about purchases of Maysols products and services or transactions facilitated by Maysols, including purchases on Maysols platforms
- Fraud prevention information. Data used to help identify and prevent fraud, including a device trust score
- Usage data. Data about your activity on and use of our offerings, such as app launches within our services, including browsing history; search history; product interaction; crash data, performance and other diagnostic data; and other usage data
- Profile Data, including your interests, preferences and favorites.
- Content, including content within any messages you send to us or publicly post on the Services (such as in your public profile, in reviews, and comments) as well as any content that you create and post on our servies. We also collect content within any messages you exchange with other users through the Services (such as if you use our chat functionalities).
You may voluntarily provide other information to us that we do not request, and, in such instances, you are solely responsible for such information.
1.2. Information we collect as you use our services
- Service use data, including data about features you use, pages you visit, services you view and purchase.
- Device data, including data about the type of device or browser you use, your device’s operating software, your device’s regional and language settings, and device identifiers such as IP address and Ad Id.
- Location data, including imprecise location data (such as location derived from an IP address or data that indicates a city or postal code level) and, with your consent, precise location data (such as latitude/longitude data).
1.3. Information from other sources
We also collect information from other sources.
- Social networks when you engage with our content, reference our Service, or grant us permission to access information from the social networks.
- Partners that offer co-branded services, sell or distribute our services, or engage in joint marketing activities.
- Publicly-available sources, including data in the public domain.
2. Why Maysols collects data
We use the information we collect from all our services for the following purposes:
- Provide, maintain our services. We use your information to deliver our services and to ensure our services are working as intended, such as tracking outages or troubleshooting issues that you report to us.
- Improve, develop new services, and features. We use your information to make improvements to our services
- Provide personalized services. If you choose to personalize your services where such options are available, Maysols will use information that we collect so that we can offer you those personalized services.
- Process your transactions. To process transactions, Maysols must collect data such as your name, purchase, and payment information.
- Communicate with you. We use information we collect, like your email address, to interact with you directly or to let you know about upcoming changes or improvements to our services. From time to time, we may use your personal data to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with Maysols, you may not opt out of receiving these important notices.
- Protect our users, Maysols and the public. We use information to help improve the safety and reliability of our services. This includes detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues.
4. Security of your information
All Maysols services are built with security features to protect your information.
- We use encryption to keep your data private while in transit.
- We offer security features, like 2 Steps Verification to help you protect your account.
- We review our information collection, storage, and processing practices to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.
5. Children and personal data
Maysols understands the importance of safeguarding the personal data of children. That is why Maysols has implemented additional processes and protections to help keep children's personal data safe.
Individuals younger than 18 years of age, but of the required age for consent to use online services where they live, may not set up an account, but may have a parent or guardian open an account and help them access appropriate content. Individuals younger than the required age for consent to use online services may not use the Services.
In some circumstances, we may permit a schools to register Students to our service for the purpose of providing educational services. Because Maysols provides the Services to schools to benefit and enhance a School’s curriculum, Maysols relies on the school to obtain and provide appropriate consent, if needed, to collect personal information of students.
If we learn that a child's personal data was collected without appropriate authorization, it will be deleted as soon as possible. Parents who believe that Maysols may have collected personal data from a child under those ages can submit a request that it be removed to [email protected].
6. Compliance and cooperation with regulators
In some cases, your information may be processed on servers located outside of the country where you live. Data protection laws vary among countries, with some providing more protection than others. Regardless of where your information is processed, we apply the same protections described in this policy.
When we receive formal written complaints, we respond by contacting the person who made the complaint. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of your data that we cannot resolve with you directly.
7. Your rights
You have rights with respect to data that relates to you, however such rights will vary depending on the category of data, and the subsequent use of such data.
7.1. Account information
You may access, update, or remove certain information that you have provided to us through your account by visiting your account settings. Please note that we will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
7.2. Your privacy controls
- Cookies and Pixels. Most browsers accept cookies by default. The browser or device you use may allow you to control cookies and other types of local data storage. Your ability to limit cookies is subject to your browser settings and limitations.
- Do Not Track. Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to online services you visit. Note, however, there is no industry consensus as to service providers should do with regard to these signals. Accordingly, unless and until the law is interpreted to require us to do so, we do not monitor or take action with respect to “Do Not Track” signals. - App and Location Technologies. You can stop all collection of information via an app by uninstalling the app. You can also reset your device Ad ID at any time through your device settings, which is designed to allow you to limit the use of information collected about you. You can stop all collection of precise location data through an app by uninstalling the app or withdrawing your consent through your device settings.
Please be aware that if you disable or remove tracking technologies some parts of the Service may not function correctly.
7.3. Analytics and personalized advertising
Google provides tools to allow you to opt out of the use of certain information collected by Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and by Google Analytics for Display Advertising at https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/ .
The companies we work with to provide you with targeted ads are required by us to give you the choice to opt out of receiving targeted ads. Most of these companies are participants of the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) and/or the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”). You may also limit our use of information collected from or about your mobile device for purposes of serving targeted ads to you by going to your device settings and selecting “Limit Ad Tracking” (for iOS devices) or “Opt out of Interest-Based Ads” (for Android devices).
Please note that if you opt out using any of these methods, the opt out will only apply to the specific browser or device from which you opt out. We are not responsible for the effectiveness of, or compliance with, any opt out options or programs of any other organizations regarding their opt out options or programs.
8. Update to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material change to it, we will notify you via email, notification posted on the Services, or as required by applicable law. Unless stated otherwise, modifications will become effective on the day they are posted.
As permitted by applicable law, if you continue to use the Services after the effective date of any change, then your access and/or use will be deemed an acceptance of (and agreement to follow and be bound by) the revised Privacy Policy. The revised Privacy Policy supersedes all previous Privacy Policies.
